Description

This workshop will discuss how the challenges of ASD can be exacerbated by the expectations of mainstream schooling, and seek to provide key learnings and therapeutic approaches to support young people in the various stages of school refusal. The current model of the In2School program will be presented along with a case discussion. There is be an opportunity for questions and further discussion.

Eligibility criteria

This training is for Mental Health Clinicians and other professionals such as psychologists, social workers, speech pathologists, occupational therapists, paediatricians, Headspace clinicians, psychiatrists and registrars working with children and young people on the ASD spectrum.
