Description
Lived and Living Experience Workforces (LLEWs) are essential in Victoria’s mental health reform. Lived and Living Experience disciplines are often misunderstood, and power dynamics and workplace processes can impede LLEW ways of working. This training will increase understanding of Lived and Living Experience Workforces, and explore how learners can support LLEWs at their service. The package has been co-designed and will be co-delivered with a consumer educator, family/carer educator, and clinical educator.Trainers
