I am a Clinical Psychologist with over 15 years of experience in the public mental health sector in Victoria. I have worked in a diverse range of generic and discipline-specific roles across multiple areas of mental health services. My therapeutic approaches include Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Compassion-focused therapies.

I am passionate about the development of the psychology workforce in public mental health through supporting psychologists to access good quality supervision and high-quality education and professional development. I am also passionate about increasing access to psychological interventions for consumers.

As the Grade 5 Psychology Educator, my role will primarily be to understand and support the workforce development and education needs of public mental health psychologists.

Outside of work, I love hiking, yoga, being in nature, and chill time at home. I also love reading and spending time with my dogs.
