Description

This co-facilitated course explores different lived experience and professional views on how writing can be a tool to develop a greater understanding of ourselves, others & mental health & well-being.

Through creative and practical experiences we will explore writing as a means of supporting mental health whether on an individual level, within the work you do or in relation to how you support and care for others.

Due to Covid, this course will run as a 1.5 hour online TASTER version of what is usually a 6 hour course.
