Can WRITING help people work through their stuff?

This course aims to create a space to explore how writing could be beneficial in connecting and supporting others and ourselves.

We’re going to consider how writing is a powerful means of self-expression & communication of thoughts, ideas, sensations & feelings.

Through creative and practical experiences, we will explore how writing can be a tool to for mental health and wellbeing.

NOTE: The full course usually runs for 6 hours. This online mini-course will run for 2 hours.

This event will cover:

  • explore writing as a form of self-expression and understanding
  • explore how writing can communicate thoughts, ideas, sensations and feelings
  • consider how writing can be a tool to develop understanding of ourselves, others, and mental health
  • create a comfortable space to explore diverse perspectives and stories through writing
