Flexible working may once have been considered a perk but the COVID-19 pandemic has resulted in what some have labelled the world’s biggest work from home experiment, forcing thousands of employees to work remotely if their job allows for it.Adapting to this new style of working may create new challenges for many of us. Most home environments are not optimised for serious productivity. There may be family members present during the day or no suitable area available for work. The boundaries between work and home can easily blur.
