Are you interested in the link between mental health and creativity?
DON’T feel creative at all?

We’ll talk about what creativity is, the value it brings and how people have found ways to welcome creativity into their lives.

The course will playfully explore techniques and examples of creativity as a tool for wellbeing.

We’re going to talk about the different forms of creativity, and you might be surprised at the creativity that already exists in your life.

This event will cover:

  • explore how creativity can help us to understand ourselves, others and health and wellbeing
  • explore different perspectives around meanings and forms of creativity
  • recognise how creativity can build connection
  • recognise what form creativity takes
  • understand what encourages and challenges creativity
  • consider the value of creativity
