Description
Join the inTouch Sector and Community team as they facilitate a presentation and discussion with inTouch Case Manager, Asha. Asha will present an overview of the various mental health challenges experienced by victim / survivors and discuss strategies on how to support women from diverse backgrounds. In the current COVID-19 environment, there has been a significant increase in the number of family and domestic violence incidents being reported. Asha will bring the collective knowledge and day to day experiences of case managers who provide one-on-one case management to victim / survivors, providing women mental health support.Participants will also have the opportunity to ask questions, share stories and learn from each other.
