Description

This co-facilitated course brings people together to explore the relationship between our senses and mental health.

We’re going to build an awareness of how environments and external influences affect us. You will also get some insight into the science behind sensory modulation.

This course might change the way you see yourself and others! We’ll explore personal sensory preferences through practical activities, and learn about how sensory preferences differ from person to person.

NOTE: The full course usually runs for 4 hours. This online version will be a 1.5hr TASTER of the full course.

Enrolments close Monday 30 November.
