Description

This workshop will adopt a Cultural Humility lens and practical approach, utilising case scenario/s in addressing mental health practice issues with culturally diverse individuals and families.

Clinical Insights and learnings will be drawn upon from the presenter’s extensive practice and related research.

Participants will be invited to collaboratively share their practice concerns drawing upon their own knowledge and practice wisdom, whilst also engaging in a process of self-awareness and critical self-reflection.

Eligibility criteria

This is a free events designed for SOCIAL WORKERS working within the public clinical mental health workforce in Victoria, (staff employed at Area Mental Health Services, Forensicare or mental health staff from RCH). Please note, if you register for an event and it is not clear that you are part of the intended audience, your registration will be confirmed two weeks prior to the event start date, or earlier.
