Mindfulness has become a bit of a buzz word and can often leave us feeling a bit confused. Is mindfulness the same as relaxing or meditating?This course aims to go back to basics.
We will be exploring some of the benefits of drawing our attention to the present moment.
We will be chatting about how we can start responding to life, rather than having a knee jerk reaction and we’ll learn how to bring compassion to ourselves when the big feelings hit.
