Description
This two-day introductory workshop provides a thorough exploration of group supervision, as well as the opportunity to practise skills and increase confidence in facilitating and managing supervision with groups.This event will cover:
- To understand the different types of group supervision
- To develop an overview of various formats and modalities appropriate to group supervision
- To experience one model of a structured, cooperative group supervision process
- To learn how to establish, set agreements, and close a group supervision arrangement
- To consider group process and the stages of group development and adapt supervision accordingly
- To gain an understanding of the skills involved in the provision of group supervision
