The clinical decisions Enrolled Nurses make have important consequences for patient outcomes. This one-day workshop will provide a theoretical and practical approach to understanding the complex process of clinical decision making under the supervision of the Registered Nurse.A critical component of this is the use of reflective practice for clinical relevance in your everyday decision making and you will be coached in the areas of professional self-awareness, evidence-based practice, clinical reasoning and critical thinking skills.
