Sharlin is a registered Occupational Therapist with over 13 years of experience in mental health service provision. She is currently the Project Lead for Mental Health Services at Mercy Health and has previously held various clinical and leadership roles. She is passionate about contemporary, innovative, recovery focused clinical service delivery and leadership practices in Mental Health Services. Sharlin has led and managed complex projects, service improvement and development initiatives.
