Self-directed online training

Event description

All people live and thrive in a social context, and families are often the most enduring social relationships of our lives. Family relationships can be complex, but if ignored in the context of treatment of mental health problems, opportunities for support for recovery can be missed, and families may continue to experience heightened levels of stress and distress. This topic demonstrates ways of working with families that can be both brief and effective, and features activities exploring Single Session Family Consultation.
