The MHPOD topic Psychosocial Interventions provides a broad overview of 18 psychosocial interventions, the domains they target and the evidence for their effectiveness. This topic aims to provide more detail about five psychosocial interventions used with people who have schizophrenia, and in particular, to provide an overview of the core principles or ‘building blocks’ of these interventions, which can be incorporated by most workers into routine practice.
