Occupational violence and aggression post-incident support: A training module for health service managersThe focus of this training program is to provide early support to staff following an incident of OVA.
While prevention and management of incidents is integral to reducing exposure to OVA and to minimising harm to healthcare workers, this will not be covered in detail in this training program. Other DHHS resources you should refer to include:
