This course brings people together to explore the relationship between our senses and mental health. We’re going to learn about sensory modulation and how your environment and each of the 8 senses can impact your mood and well-being. We’ll explore sensory preferences through practical activities, and learn about how they differ from person to person. This course might change the way you see yourself and others!

This session will cover:

Questions we will address in this course:

-What are our 8 senses and how do they connect with our mental health and well-being?

-How can we change our environment to support our well-being?

-How can understanding other people’s sensory preferences impact our relationships?

This course is great for people who:

-Want to explore how our senses can affect our health and well-being

-Are curious to understand how sensory preferences are different for everyone

-Are keen to understand how to use your home or workplace environments to support your health and well-being
