I am a senior occupational therapist with 15 years of mental health experience working with children, young people, adults, families, groups, and communities in public and private settings including inpatient, community, clinical education, suicide prevention, research, strategy development, service and workforce development, and project management.

Before joining CMHL I was at Eastern Health, most recently as the Project Lead for Integrated Youth Mental Health, AOD, Suicide Prevention, and Regional Shared Clinical Governance. As Team Leader of the Collaborative Recovery Model Workforce Development Team at Eastern Health, I developed a deep understanding and passion for coproduction.

I completed my Master of Advanced Occupational Therapy researching experiences of sensory modulation in young people and families' lives.

My role at CMHL is to be an advocate for OTs working in mental health, ensuring the professional development needs and strengths of this group are highlighted and represented.

I am passionate about co-creating meaningful change with people, families, and the mental health sector.

I am also motivated by food!
