From the Big Feels Club:

For those of you feeling a bit tender as the latest lockdown ramps up, consider signing up for Kinder Mind. Kinder Mind is a three-week guided audio course to help calm your inner critic. Simple guided audio tasks, zero guilt. Made by people who know what it's like to have a loud, mean voice living in their heads.

Normally $50, select spots are available for free to workers in Victorian state funded mental health and AOD services thanks to auspicing by Self Help Addiction Resource Centre (SHARC) and funding from Department of Health and Human Services.
