Description

This pilot training is for non-LLEWs who want to better understand and work with their LLEW colleagues. Lived and Living Experience Workforces (LLEWs) are essential in the mental health reform occurring in Victoria. However, often Lived and Living Experience disciplines and scope are misunderstood, and well-established power dynamics and workplace processes can impede LLEW ways of working.
This pilot training will increase understanding of Lived and Living Experience Workforces (LLEWs) from the mental health, alcohol and other drug (AOD) and Harm Reduction sectors, and explore how learners can support LLEWs at their service.
As this is the first time this training has been delivered, this is PILOT training. Learners will be asked to provide feedback on training activities and content to inform future training delivery.
