Supporting Families & Carers Information Session

Description

Working effectively with families, carers and supporters is one of the Capabilities needed to meet the needs of consumers, families, carers and supporters. One way to do this is to engage with services and programs specifically for families, carers and supporters. In this information session you will hear from a number of services who support mental health families and carers, including young carers.

These include:

- Mental Health & Wellbeing Connect Centres
- Tandem
- FaPMI and Child Young Persons (CYP) Community Worker
