Description
This one day workshop is designed to prepare the clinician for practising as a clinical supervisor. It will include the structures and processes which establish the clinical supervision relationship and practice, to be a safe and supportive experience. The workshop will be a blend of interactive teaching and experiential learning and will assist participants to step into the practice of becoming a clinical supervisor confidently. The workshop is likely to be of most interest to clinicians that are already engaged in clinical supervision who want to refine or clarify their way of working.Trainers
