We think that there is value in exploring and being open to different ways of interpreting people’s experiences. This course will offer space to listen to other’s ideas, and consider helpful ways to talk about your ideas.
All our courses look at different ideas in mental health, but this is a great one to try if you’re still not sure what that really means.
