Description

Social Work, Wellbeing and Burnout.

The Social Work Club was created by CMHL to establish a safe space for Social Workers to connect with each other at a statewide level, critically reflect on relevant topics as well as learn from each other.

Our first Social Work Club session will address an ongoing wellbeing issue, that of staff burnout.

Is "burnout" an inevitable consequence for mental health social workers? Is self-care all that it is promised to be? These are some of the questions we will attempt to tackle.
