- • Mindful grounding – a process which enables us to stay present with work situations and with clients, to manage our responses
- Time and culture management – identifying processes which either support or hinder the wellbeing of our clients, ourselves and
- • The use of language and non-verbal forms to communication to increase our effectiveness by promoting the outcomes we seek
- • Working in teams – sharing in teams, creating effective forms of communication, resolving disputes and promoting cooperative t
- • Being clear about our professional tasks, role, values, ethics, and the strengths and limitations of our particular profession
- • Other specific tools for self-management in addition to those already mentioned.
