Includes a co-facilitated session with people of lived experience
This is a blended training package that includes three on-line modules and two live zoom (face-to-screen - F2S) sessions. This training is an introduction to the key principles of working with clients who experience mental health and substance use/addiction issues.
Participants are required to complete three online modules prior to the first live session. Online modules will take approximately 90 to 120 minutes to complete. A link to the online modules will be emailed two weeks prior to the first live session.

Live session 1 (zoom): Wednesday 15 June 2022 9.30am - 11.30am.
Live session 2 (zoom): Wednesday 22 June 2022 9.30am - 11.30am.
Zoom links for the live sessions will be emailed in advance to registered only to participants who have completed the online modules.

This training is suitable for people in the community sector who are interested in improving their practice when working with people with a mental health and co-occurring substance use issue.
