Description

Law and ethics directly impact nursing and midwifery practice in a myriad of ways. This seminar is designed to refresh nurses’ and midwives’ understanding of the fundamentals of the law and the legislation that impacts on nursing practice. Included is an outline of legal precepts, documents, scope of practice and the legal and ethical principles of nursing and midwifery practice.

This course is suitable for registered nurses, enrolled nurses and midwives.

Please note: This course is currently scheduled to be delivered face to face at ANMF Victorian Branch, 535 Elizabeth Street, Melbourne. Face to face delivery is subject to change dependent on the COVID-safe conditions and restrictions in place on the course delivery date.
