This forum will highlight the benefits of mental health care that includes the family-for the person experiencing the mental health problem, their family and yes, the practitioner too! In addition to hearing about the evidence of the benefits of family inclusion, Brendan will call on his own work in this area to shed light on how about how consumers, family members and practitioners all experience working together.

This event will cover:

  • Increased knowledge of the benefits of family inclusion in mental health care
  • An understanding of what it is like for consumers, family members and practitioners to be involved together in family-based ment
