Description
The ADI-R is a semi-structured diagnostic interview to assess behaviours related to Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). The ADI-R typically takes between 90 minutes to 3 hours. The course is designed to teach clinicians how to administer and code ADI-R with parents/ carers of children and young people with suspected autism. For clinicians wanting to achieve research level reliability, Deborah offers the “Personal ADI-R Reliability Package”. This includes scoring an ADI-R DVD administration, submission of your own recording of ADI-R, feedback and certificate once reliability is achieved. This is a separate cost from the course for those who wish to pursue reliability.
This event will cover:

- Learn how to code the caregiver’s responses during the interview
- Observe and discuss an administration of the ADI-R with parents/carers of child or young person with autism
