What a day! Our inaugural CMHL Leadership Forum on Thursday 23rd March saw 250 members of the Victorian Mental Health Workforce across all disciplines join us for an inspiring day focusing on leadership and how we can be the change we want to see in the reformed mental health system.

Our thought-provoking and inspiring speakers included:

  • Mary O'Hagan: Seizing the moment for embedding lived experience leadership
  • Jacara Egan: You’re white too, you know. Walking into two worlds – Insights into growth and leadership from an indigenous perspective
  • Christine Cummins: The challenges of leadership: challenging ethical dilemmas head-on
  • Maria Brett: Change the Way You Lead, From the Inside Out
  • Craig Wallace, Andrew Tomlinson, Dr. Astha Tomar: Trialogue – Lead the change you want to see
  • Gary Croton: Leadership towards integrated treatment –what works?
