It discusses challenges for staff, and how to get support in identifying and managing personal reactions to consumers with personality disorders, along with working with other agencies to promote a consistent approach.This topic introduces the key concepts associated with the contemporary understanding of BPD and provides a range of links and resources to assist mental health workers to develop a more comprehensive understanding of the key issues.
