Self-directed online training

Event description

Consumers, health professionals and governments continue to report unacceptable rates of unemployment, loneliness, homelessness and poverty related to mental illness.

This topic aims to provide participants with an overview of psychosocial interventions used to meet the needs of people who experience mental illness. A wide range of psychosocial interventions is outlined, and principles, core skills and useful resources for those seeking more information are provided. However, the limited capacity for this curriculum to explore these interventions in-depth needs to be acknowledged.
