My professional background is in HR, employee relations and the tertiary education sector, with most of my career spent within large national corporations, small business and tertiary institutions. I started with CMHL as the Family/Carer Workforce Lead in September 2020.

I have a Graduate Diploma in HR/ER, a Masters in Business and I am currently studying a Graduate Certificate in Career Development. My research interest is the careers of family carers.

My role at CMHL is as one of two project leads looking at organisational readiness and support for student placements in lived experience. After going through the mental health system as a family/carer I am delighted to be part of an enthusiastic team that shares my passion and belief in the value of the lived experience workforce and their capacity to impact on recovery.

On a personal front I am a mother of two, a wife, and have two dogs, one cat and love a happy ending.
