This fact sheet provides information about the Victorian Specialist Family Violence Advisor (SFVA) Capacity Building Program in Mental Health and Alcohol and Other Drug Services.

The Centre for Excellence in Child and Family Welfare have developed this MARAM and Information Sharing Resource Hub to support the implementation of the Information Sharing Schemes and MARAM. 

The Family Violence Multi-Agency Risk Assessment and Management Framework ensures services are effectively identifying, assessing and managing family violence risk. 

The MARAM Framework provides a systemwide approach to risk assessment and risk management, providing guidance for professionals working with child or adult victim survivors, and adults using family violence.

Dhelk Dja ensures that Aboriginal communities are free from family violence at the statewide, regional and local level. It will guide and influence policies, programs and practices for Aboriginal family violence services.

The guideline outlines expectations of mental health services managers and clinicians regarding their roles in responding to family violence.
