I have been a mental health nurse since 2011, working as a Clinical Nurse Educator and then for the Centre for Psychiatric Nursing, before joining the CMHL at its inception.
Before nursing I worked in education and educational publishing. I am passionate about the role education can play in contributing to a mental health system that is human-rights focussed, consumer-centred, responsive, and innovative.
I love the work I get to do as Senior Lead of the CMHL, engaging with the workforce across Victoria, listening and responding to their priorities with projects, website growth, training and more. I am especially proud of the work the CMHL is doing to support and grow leadership in the lived experience workforces.
I have recently completed a Master of Public Health.
