I have been a mental health nurse in Victoria for 17 years and have worked in a variety of roles in the public sector.
I have a Masters in Mental Health Nursing and am one of two Learning and Practice Development Coordinators at the CMHL, working closely with state-wide public mental health services to drive professional development.
My passion is helping to build a workforce that has the skills, knowledge and leadership required to deliver the best possible services.
I believe that co-design and co-production are essential in developing and delivering programs that are meaningful and responsive to the needs of the sector. Lived experience should be core to all of the work we do.
When I am not busy with work, I spend time with my partner, three kids and a collection of four legged friends on our hobby farm.
