I have been lucky enough to have worked across many areas of Victoria’s mental health and related service sectors, introducing me to a wide range of inspirational people and viewpoints.  I’m an Occupational Therapist, and passionate about education and training.

My areas of interest include dual diagnosis, trauma-informed care, motivational interviewing and clinical supervision.

In my role at CMHL I work to build the capacity of the mental health workforce through service collaboration and coordination and support initiatives in worker learning and development.

I believe that together we can create meaningful change in the mental health system and in the lives of those touched by it. Social justice, humanitarianism and empathic understanding are key influences in my professional and personal worldview.

In my life outside of work, my interests include movies, reading and the performing arts, travelling and basically anything outdoors.
