Description

What comes first - EXERCISE or FEELING GOOD?

The course will cover some of the emerging research and personal experience on exercise as a strategy for recovery.
There will be lots of opportunity for reflection about your relationship with exercise, with some practical skills as well.
We’ll do some gentle exercise – think stretching and technique work – but we’ll also be talking about different perspectives to do with exercise.

Enrolments close: Thursday 28 January

NOTE: The full course usually runs for 4 hours. This online mini-course will run for 1.5 hours.

This event will cover:

  • consider some different perceptions we can have of exercise
  • explore the relationship between health, mental health, and exercise
  • consider the things that can influence and impact our relationship with exercise
  • consider different ways to talk about exercise
