Description

Often people find it difficult to talk about self-harm. This co-facilitated course offers opportunity to safely share different perspectives, and explore use of language, stereotypes and helpful and unhelpful experiences.

This course will explore facts, myths and meanings of self-harm from a range of lived and professional experiences to encourage a broader and deeper knowledge of self-harm and healthier alternatives.

Due to Covid, this course will run as a 1 hour online TASTER version of what is usually a 6 hour course.
