Description

This workshop has been designed for the Lived Experience Workforce with the intention of enabling them to support people they work with who have co-occurring mental health and substance use issues.  The topics and skills delivered in this workshop have been aligned to be consistent with the Intentional Peer Support Framework. 
Optional Pre-Requisite: Dual Diagnosis MHPOD module
Delivery Mode – Full Day Virtual Training Session
This course is delivered online. Sessions are hosted via Zoom.

Eligibility criteria

This is a free event designed for the LEW working in public mental health in Victoria (eg. consumer lived experience staff employed at Area Mental Health Services, Forensicare or mental health staff from RCH).
LEW workers outside of public clinical services (MHCSSs, AOD, ACCHOs etc.) or other partner organisations may also attend.
