Description

This co-facilitated course explores different lived experience and professional views on Mindfulness.

You’ll get practical experience for learning Mindfulness. The facilitators will explain the processes, and you’ll have the chance to try them out and talk about it with others in the room.

Due to Covid, this course will run as a 1 hour online TASTER version of what is usually a 3 hour course.

This course is co-received so anyone can attend.
