Description
The Blended Online MHFA Community Course has been adapted from the Standard Mental Health First Aid Course for adults.This training has a self-paced component followed by two online sessions.
This training will be delivered online via the Zoom Program. The link to the self-paced component will be emailed one week prior to the first scheduled online meeting.
This event will cover:
- Learn the signs and symptoms of common and disabling mental health problems in adults
- How to provide initial help
- Where and how to get professional help
- How to provide mental health first aid in a crisis situation using a practical, evidence-based action plan.
