Description

The Blended Online MHFA Community Course has been adapted from the Standard Mental Health First Aid Course for adults.
This training has a self-paced component followed by two online sessions.

This training will be delivered online via the Zoom Program. The link to the self-paced component will be emailed one week prior to the first scheduled online meeting.

This event will cover:

  • Learn the signs and symptoms of common and disabling mental health problems in adults
  • How to provide initial help
  • Where and how to get professional help
  • How to provide mental health first aid in a crisis situation using a practical, evidence-based action plan.
