Description

Develop a range of skills to build the culture and community for their remote workers and be able to instigate a team cohesion plan.

This event will cover:

  • • Understand the unique aspects of project teams
  • • Be able to communication more effective with their project team, project sponsor and other project stakeholders
  • • Understand the key attributes of effective teams
  • • Understand the roles and responsibilities of project team leadership
  • • Be more effective in their delegation to team members
  • • Be able to identify the team’s stage of development and be able to move the team through the stages
