At the end of this program, participants will:

Understand the unique role of the leader
Understand their workplace behaviours and how they affect others
Know how their thoughts, beliefs and values impact what they do and the decisions they make
Be able to effectively reflect on events in the workplace
Understand their Myers-Briggs type and how that impacts their leadership
Understand their personal motivations and the motivations of others
Be able to utilise some strategies for minimising their own procrastination, and the procrastination of others
Develop their personal resilience and be able to influence the resilience of their team
Understand the importance of trust, integrity, power and authority, and how to use them effectively
Have a thorough understanding of the different behavioural types in the workplace
Have developed more effective workplace communication skills
Be able to delegate more effectively
Understand the importance of developing their team members and have some strategies to achieve this
Be able to lead their teams in times of change and uncertainty
Understand the differences of managing remote staff and develop some strategies for this
Be able to deal with disruptive behaviour within the team, and
Be able to implement a team coherence plan for their team
