Description

In December 2021, the MHCC will be launching the Complaints Self-assessment Tool to support services to review their complaints handling process, and work towards a positive complaints culture. The Tool will provide services with the ability to anonymously conduct a detailed review of their complaints handling process, receiving a detailed report that provides information on ways to improve processes. The Tool has been developed through co-design with lived experience representatives, as well as through consultation with services as well as consumers and carers with a lived experience.

An MHCC information session on the Tool will be hosted on the CMHL website on Tuesday, 30 November to provide more background on the Tool prior to its release to Victoria's public mental health services in the week commencing 6 December.
