Description

The workshop aims to increase participants understanding of the systemic issues that impact on management will be considered and will address issues such as service philosophy, service structure and roles. This includes a review of the ethical issues that arise in the course of management.

All VDDS workshops employ a variety of learning strategies including lectures, exercises and discussions based on case examples and attendees will be expected to actively contribute and participate.

For clinical staff working in Victorian Specialist Mental Health services only (Including CAMHS, CYMHS, Adult and Aged services) only.
