Description

Join the MHCC for a CMHL hosted information session on how to engage in a better complaints process as we work towards establishing a positive complaints culture in Victoria's public mental health system. A positive complaints culture recognises that complaints are an essential part of continuous service improvement as we collectively work towards the public mental health system of the future.

The session will take you through the Complaints process at MHCC, including the legislative framework and the process stages from the time we receive a verbal or a written complaint until the complaint is closed. The material will touch base on the independent role of the Resolutions and Investigations team at MHCC to safeguard rights, resolve complaints and recommend improvements to Victorian public mental health services.
