Description

This combination of online and teleconference training aims to develop a skilled workforce that is better equipped to support people who experience co-occurring mental health and substance misuse issues (Dual Diagnosis).

The training will introduce participants to the key principles of dual diagnosis; recognition, knowledge and practice tools.

Blended DD Essentials Training:

The online program consists of three 20 minute modules covering an introduction to the key principles of dual diagnosis including recognition, knowledge and practice tools.

The two Zoom sessions, each 90 minutes, will focus on practical application of DD specific tools and practices in the context of your work with DD clients.

The online module will be launched on 7th September (a link will be sent to participants). This allows two weeks to complete the modules prior to the Zoom sessions.
The first Zoom session will be on 23rd September, 12:00 to 1:30.
The second Zoom session will be on 30th September, 12:00 to 1:30.
