Learn how our emotions impact upon relationships and how we can “read” situations to manage good outcomes.

This 2 day interactive workshop will assist team leaders and managers to understand how our emotions impact upon relationships and how to “read” a situation in order to better manage outcomes.
At the end of this workshop learners should be able to:
• Identify the impact of emotions in the workplace
• Manage their own emotional triggers
• Support staff who are struggling with their emotions
• Understand team dynamics from the perspective of personality types.
• Improve emotional intelligence through self-reflection and feedback.

  • The impact of emotions on behaviour
  • The impact of anxiety
  • The autonomic nervous system
  • The art of mindful practice
